Why did you choose to study engineering?: I loved Chemistry, Math and Physics in high school, so it seemed like the perfect transition. I also researched the possible career paths I could get into with engineering degrees and I loved the idea of problem solving in all those roles
How do you apply your engineering degree to your current career?: I use problem solving on a daily basis as well as my materials knowledge from the chemical engineering background. I am able to apply the things I learnt in school in a real world setting. My engineering degree has given me a broad background for me to tackle tasks at my work.
What do you love most about your career?: I love contributing to a company knowing my works makes a difference.
What advice would you give to someone hoping to pursue a career in engineering?: Do your research into the degree, possible career options and make sure you’re passionate about what you are going to do!
